At Forni Rossi, we prepare traditional Neapolitan pizza that isn't CRISPY. Neapolitan pizza is characterized by its risen, elastic edges and a thin, moist interior crust filled with tomato sauce. Forni Rossi, located at ul. Niedziałkowskiego 28, Poznań, is a member of the AVPN (Association of True Neapolitan Pizza from Naples). It was the first Neapolitan pizzeria in Poland to receive AVPN certification no. 543 worldwide.

Zapicka® – a dish made from pizza dough measuring 15 to 35 cm long and 4 to 15 cm wide, with toppings such as tomato sauce, cold cuts, mushrooms, cheese, etc., baked in electric, gas, or wood-fired ovens. Zapicka can also be baked in individual, rectangular baking pans. The name "zapicka" is a legally protected word trademark in Poland and the EU.
